[Fan Concept] Arcane Elemental Mount

This mount requested by friend from community. Mages have less class-fantasy mounts. In BFA Blizzard added water/frost elemental mount. And I designed Arcane Elemental Flying mount based on Jaina mount. I hope you like it!
